1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all services and products provided by HALLMARKD, including logo design, web design, consulting, and the sale of Shopify resources/code snippets. By engaging our services or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

HALLMARKD offers:

• Logo Design

• Web Design

• Shopify Resource & Code Snippet Sales

• Project Consulting (provided during the course of a design or development project)

3. Payment Terms

• Design Projects – Clients may choose:

  • 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion.

  • Full payment upfront before work begins.

• Code Snippets & Shopify Resources – 100% payment is required upfront.

• All invoices must be paid in full before final deliverables are released.

4. Delivery & Timelines

• Delivery timelines vary depending on the scope of the project.

• If the client requests changes or fails to provide feedback promptly, timelines may be extended.

• HALLMARKD is not responsible for delays caused by the client.

5. Revisions

• All design work includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the individual service or product description.

• Additional revisions beyond the stated amount will incur extra charges.

6. Ownership & Usage Rights

• For design projects, full ownership rights are transferred to the client only after full payment is received.

• For code snippets and Shopify resources, usage is subject to the HALLMARKD Code License & Terms of Shopify Download Use.

7. Refund Policy

• Design Projects – Payments are non-refundable unless HALLMARKD fails to deliver the agreed work within the timeframe stated in the contract, and no mutually agreed extension is in place.

• Digital Products (Code Snippets & Shopify Resources) – Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

HALLMARKD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. All work is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, unless explicitly stated in writing.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Updates to These Terms

HALLMARKD reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or products constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
